Open Door Policy
Beara West Family Resource Centre operates an open door policy whereby information and services are made available to all individuals, families and community groups that call to the centre.

To promote and facilitate identified needs, which will lead to the wellbeing of our community.
Equality Statement
Beara West Family Resource Centre recognises that all individuals and families in our society and community have equal rights.
The project works from an ethos of equality, fairness and justice for all individuals and families living in this community.
We will work towards the elimination of barriers preventing active participation and the involvement of individuals and families in the community.
We will strive to promote equality under the nine grounds of the equality legislation which are:

- Religious Belief
- Membership of the Traveller Community
